The ReGet Downloader can accelerate file
downloads up to 10X by breaking them into sections then downloading each
section simultaneously. In addition to accelerating HTTP downloads, it can
navigate and download files from FTP servers.
Note: ReGet cannot be running when updating McAfee
antivirus definitions.
During
remote control sessions the down-arrow icon may be hidden depending on the state
of the wallpaper, but you may still drag-and-drop files and right-click the area
in which it would normally appear. Alternately view / hide download
status by double-clicking the down-arrow icon.
